Living Room
Designed to be the perfect place to relax after a long day of fishing, our living room features two large leather sofas in addition to two swivel chairs. Watch the big game on the 75'' Smart TV or turn to the wood burning fireplace to warm up on a cool winter day. With lots of open space, the main living area is also perfect for a large family gathering or group retreat.

Dining Area
Our custom built 10 foot long dining table and seating for 12 is part of the open floor plan main living area and sits under two extra large picture windows providing beautiful river views.
Lounge Area
The lounge is located off of the entryway and features a 8' pool table in addition to a 65'' Smart tv mounted over a built in wooden bar and bar stools.
Fishing Room
Our custom fishing room is equipped with rod holders, individual cubbies for gear storage in addition to a large island with plenty of surface area to prepare for a day of fishing. The fishing room can easily be accessed from the side door that enters the house from the driveway providing a convenient area to store all of your gear when coming and going to the river.
Includes two large washers and two dryers for your convenience.
Master Suites
Designed perfectly for multi-family getaways or corporate retreats, the Fly Line features four identical master suites that all have en suite bathrooms. Each bedroom has beautiful river views and direct access to the expansive back deck area.
Bunk Room
The bunk room contains two queen size beds plus two twin bunks above and has its own dedicated bathroom which includes a bathtub. Featuring an 75'' Smart TV with X-box gaming console, and an arcade machine suited for four players, this room is sure to entertain guests of all ages!
Outdoor Living
The back patio and deck is arguably the best area of the whole house, with an elevated view of the Little Red River. It features an outdoor sectional, exterior wood burning fire place, Blackstone griddle, Green Egg grill and plenty of additional outdoor seating overlooking the river. Stairs off the deck lead you to the fire pit area and also down to the dock for direct river access. Our private dock features a boat slip, mounted rod holders, and a covered seating area.
